Across San Luis Obispo County, thousands of immigrants and their families struggle to navigate the U.S. immigration system due to the complexity of the immigration process, the high cost of legal services, and low awareness of pathways available to them for legal residence and citizenship in the U.S. As a result, many immigrants face extreme difficulty with acclimating and participating fully in the communities they call home.
Immigrant Hope Arroyo Grande is committed to breaking down these barriers by providing our community with honest, low-cost legal advice and services in a welcoming and safe environment.
Our Mission:
Our mission is to empower our community by: educating adults, providing support in finding a possible pathway to legal residency, and sharing the hope of the gospel.
How:
We do this by providing immigration legal advice and representation, civics tutoring, and English as a foreign language education for adults.
We love our neighbors by providing safe, high-quality legal advice in a climate where oftentimes uncertainty and fear surround the path to a safe legal status. Part of our purpose is to never turn a client away for their inability to pay.
